teaching and developing Customer Service Training since 1989. First
as Information Specialist with Gordon-Darby, Inc., then going on to teach
as Adjunct Faculty at Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus.

One of Ohio's first

has developed a strong background and gained much experience in both Technical
and Customer Service adult education courses.
An avid eBayer
for the past four years, jack has been an eBay Powerseller, is an active
Trading Assistant, Square Trade Certified, and maintains a positive feedback
of 100%!
During the class,
Jack likes to relate some of his more memorable, and sometimes, humorous,
personal experiences with those new to eBay.

Combat Veteran who served 27 consecutive Months in the MeKong River Delta
